If you have a damaged cylinder that requires urgent repair, our experienced staff can perform repairs quickly and efficiently, minimising your down time.
In order to achieve this we keep an extensive stock of material and have access to a vast range of seals, usually available to us next day. We also operate a collection and delivery service within our local area, which can be arranged by request.
We dismantle your damaged cylinder and then provide a free quote outlining the time scale and options for repair – we only proceed when you have decided what you would like us to do.

We can design a cylinder for your specific requirements, or manufacture a cylinder to your own drawings, all we need is some information from you in order to create your design.
We have 2&3D cad capability to accept your drawings, or we can reverse engineer a design from your cylinder.

We hold a broad range of hoses and fittings in-stock and offer a ‘while u wait’ service. Items which are not in stock are usually available to us next day.

We supply and fit all types of seals and have access to a vast range, usually available to us next day, we can even have seals made to order and in addition, we keep an extensive range of chrome stock and other materials.

Machining & Fabrication Facilities
Extensive Machining & Fabrication Facilities
Working in close partnership with our parent company, Silvester Engineering Ltd, we can provide a wide range of machining and fabrication services.
We offer a sub contract machining service, involving milling and turning larger components in materials such as steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and plastics, ‘one-offs’ and medium batch components are easily catered for by our manual machine tools, while additional precision CNC facilities can be arranged through our suppliers.
We can also provide an extensive fabrication service, capable of TIG and MIG coded welding, we manufacture items as diverse as individual punched and folded components, flight simulator pipe work assemblies and steel framed buildings.
Additional services such as, Laser Profiling, CNC Punching, Pipe, Tube and Structural Bending, Painting, Powder Coating and Galvanising are also available.
